S72 Amendment: delete condition 6d & 6i, amend conditions 6j, 36, 38 & 39. Amend plans (revised internal road networks to reflect road reserve Cross Sections in line with the PSP for McLaren & Senator Drive, revised Green Connector alignment, internal intersections and Nursery Avenue widened to accommodate authority required B-Double Truck Movements, relocate café from the north-east corner to the revised ‘green spine’, and repurpose the existing structure located within ‘Stage 2 Demolition’ (existing building no. 15) to accommodate a new 310sqm café (i.e. food and drink premises).
