Description of proposal
s71 Correction: Condition 16(a) seeks demonstration to meet a 5 Star Green Star rating (or justification for a 4 star rating). Condition 16(b) is a copy of 16(a), however it removes the option to justify for a 4 star rating. We have confirmed with Chrisanthy Semertzidis that Condition 16(b) is a typo and should have been removed. We are therefore seeking to have Condition 16(b) deleted.
