s72 Amendment: to amend Condition 12 to enable completion of the SMP to satisfy the Condition incorporating the CSL Fitout. The amendment is required to ensure commencement of foundations and basement structural Works are not unnecessarily delayed. We advise that structural Works are due to commence from late July 2020.
