Description of proposal
S72 Amendment: amend conditions 16, 17, 27 & 28 (amendment to conditions 27 & 28 will facilitate the delivery and future transfer to Council as a “Reserve” to provide a dedicated drainage and vegetation reserve along the Wright Street boundary of the land consistent with the approved Stormwater Management Strategy and the endorsed Concept Layout Plan. The amendment to conditions 16 & 17, and the addition of a new landscape permit condition, are to facilitate detailed landscape plans to be approved separate to the landscape masterplan, consistent with standard Hume City Council process).
