Description of proposal

Condition 1(f) 1f. All noise attenuation features relied upon by the Predictive Noise Assessment required by condition 21; Correction required. Condition 22 relates to the Predictive Noise Assessment, not Condition 21. Accordingly, we request Condition 1(f) is corrected to: (f). All noise attenuation features relied upon by the Predictive Noise Assessment required by condition 22; Condition 58 58. There must be a clearance of at least 2 metres between the lowest branches and ground level within the vegetation screening (landscape buffer) zone. Delete Condition. Condition 58 is a duplicate of Condition 57 which reads: ‘57. There must be a clearance of at least 2 metres between the lowest branches and ground level within the vegetation screening (landscape buffer) zone(s).’
