Description of proposal
S72 Amendment: amend plans (re-arrangement and replanning of the basement car parking both stages, to account for the contraction of the basement extent (Basement 2) and a reduction in the basement setback from the Homes Victoria boundary, including the deletion on the basement concierge and dep soil planting zone to Woodburn Common. Access points to the basement levels remains consistent with the approved development, with the Robinson Road crossover adjusted to suit the revised basement design, alterations to part of the Paul Thompson Serpentine path involving the relocation of the path (and re-use of existing path materials) further north adjacent the existing retaining wall.
