We’re hosting a series of training sessions on the Mid-Rise Code.
The Code was introduced in April 2026 to support more liveable, well-designed apartments between four and six storeys, by providing greater certainty and faster approvals through the “deemed to comply” pathway.
The online training sessions, delivered by Glossop Town Planning, will be tailored to those working in the in planning and built environment industries. They will explore how the Code can be used to streamline planning approvals for compliant, medium-density apartments.
The sessions are held online and are free to attend.
They will run from 9:30am - 3:30pm and will cover the following three topics:
- Structure and application of the code
- Built form standards
- Amenity standards
