ATS Online Training Modules

An overview of the Amendment Tracking System (ATS) including the background, how to access the system, how the system fits into the amendment process and where further assistance with using the system can be found.

Using ATS Tracking, we demonstrate how to create an amendment.  An Instruction List is also created and edited using various actions available in the ATS Tracking application.

As well as providing an overview of the ATS Authoring application, we look at how the instruction list in ATS Tracking determines the content that is made available to edit in ATS Authoring. Using ATS Authoring, we look at how users can compare content that has been changed throughout their amendment document, using the Versions function.We also demonstrate how to revert content to a previous version.

Using ATS Authoring, we demonstrate how users can create a PDF of their amendment document.The Snapshot function is reviewed, and we also show how changes in an amendment document can be tracked when viewing a PDF.

In this module, we demonstrate the Interim Publish function so that users can view how their amendment will look when combined with the master planning scheme.
