Introduction
This page will take you through the steps to:
- create a user
- edit a user
- deactivate / reactivate a user
Audience:
- Council Administrator
- Department SSS Planning Support
Important:
- These actions can only be completed by administrators with PA admin access rights.
Steps
Select the action you require from the drop downs below.
1. Login to ATS https://ats.planning.vic.gov.au/Produce/
2. Click on User Management
3. Click Create user
The Create user window will appear.
4. Fill out, First name, Last Name and Email.
5. Select the relevant Planning authority from the drop down
6. Set Authorised to create user? Note: Only select yes if the user needs admin rights.
7. Click Submit
1. Login to ATS https://ats.planning.vic.gov.au/Produce/
2. Click on User Management
3. Click on View Users
4. Find the user you wish to edit then click Edit profile
5. Update the information required
6. Click Save

2. Click on User Management
3. Click on View Users
4. Find the user you wish to edit then click Edit profile
5. Select Inactive from the Status drop down to deactivate a user
or
Select Active from the Status drop down to reactivate a user
Note: Use the End Date field when employees have fixed contract end dates. Once this date is reached, the profile will automatically become inactive
6. Click Save
