Introduction
This page will take you through the steps for making a payment for an amendment fee.
Audience:
- Council Planning Authority
- Other Planning Authorities
There are 5 options for payment of fees:
- Credit Card
- EFT
- Offline Payment
- Fee Waiver Request
- No Amendment Fee Required
Click on the relevant payment option below.
Payment Options
1. Login to the ATS system and open the amendment you want to make payment on.
2. Click Amendment fees.
3. Select Online then Credit card.
4. Click Make Payment.
The secure portal will appear as a pop-up on the screen.
5. Enter credit card details
Important: The payment must reflect the exact amount displayed. The amount to be paid is calculated based on the class of application, information provided and business rules.
6. Click Next
A payment invoice will be sent to the registered email.
1. Login to the ATS system and open the amendment you want to make payment on.
2. Click Amendment fees from the left menu.
3. Select Online then EFT.
4. Click Make Payment.
The secure payment portal will appear as a pop-up on the screen.
5. Make the EFT Payment following the details provided in the pop-up screen.
Note:
- The Account Number changes for every amendment.
- To download a copy of the Tax invoice, select View EFT Payment
6. Once payment has been made, select the Check box to confirm payment has been made via EFT and click Continue.
Note: This must not be ticked until after the fee is paid.
A message will display saying payment is successful and an email will be sent.
7. Close the window.
1. Login to the ATS system and open the amendment you want to make payment on.
2. Click Amendment fees from the left menu.
3. Select Offline Payment
4. Enter Receipt Number, Date fee paid and Amount
Note: you can add/remove receipts using the + and – buttons
5. Click the Save icon.
The payment information will be saved.
1. Login to the ATS system and open the amendment you want to make payment on.
2. Click Amendment fees from the left menu.
3. Select Fee waiver request.
4. Enter the reason/s for the request in the Description field
5. Click Upload New to attach relevant documentation.
6. Click the Save icon.
This option is only available for Department officers because the Minister is not required to pay a fee for an Amendment they initiate.
