78-82 Freight Drive, Somerton

VCAT proceeding P1040/2019 relates to an application to amend a planning permit to include the use and development of a helicopter landing site at 78-82 Freight Drive, Somerton.

The Minister for Planning called in the proceeding under Schedule 1, Clause 58(2)(a) of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 on 15 October 2019.

The Minister for Planning subsequently referred the matter to the Melbourne Airport Environs Safeguarding Standing Advisory Committee for its consideration on 19 April 2020.
