Directions hearing

The Advisory Committee hosted a directions hearing on Thursday 7 September 2017.  The Standing Advisory Committee has issued a Direction following this meeting.

Information circulated by DHHS in response to Directions from the Advisory Committee

At the Directions Hearings held on 7 September 2017, the Advisory Committee sought advice from DHHS relating to inconsistencies between the Design Framework Plans and the schedule to the Development Plan Overlay which was publicly exhibited. An overview of these errors can be found below.

As a result of these errors, the Advisory Committee was directed that a further submission period was to occur to enable affected parties to address the changes to the Development Plan Overlay.

All revised or new submissions were accepted until 10.00am, 2 October 2017 and were only able to address the changes to the Development Plan Overlay Schedules.
