The Minister for Planning referred proposed Amendment C183Yran to the Yarra Ranges Planning Scheme (amendment) to the Government Land Standing Advisory Committee (advisory committee) for advice and recommendations.
The amendment seeks to rezone a surplus former school site from Public Use Zone 2 – Education to Neighbourhood Residential Zone to facilitate disposal.
