Southern Rural Water (SRW) owns Lot 1 of PS349871, Gisborne Road, Coimadai, located along Long Forest Road (the site) and has determined it is surplus to its operational requirements.

SRW has requested that the planning provisions for the site be changed to enable the land to be sold. It is proposed that the site be rezoned from Public Use Zone – Service & Utility to Rural Conservation Zone – Schedule 1 and to amend Map 1 of the Schedule to the Zone to include the subject land.
