Ministers Decision
The Minister for Planning has approved the amendment as recommended by the advisory committee, except the recommendation to insert a new local planning policy at Clause 11.01-1L (Settlement). Additionally, the Minister has requested for the Department of Treasury and Finance to consolidate the land titles forming the site, prior to sale to ensure the land is developed as a whole.
The approved Amendment C42bena to the Benalla Planning Scheme was gazetted on 10 February 2022.
