Our guest speaker, Karen Janiszewski, has extensive experience working with governments, community housing providers, developers and financiers to deliver affordable housing agreements. She has an in depth understanding of the key drivers of each of these sectors.
In this seminar, Karen will examine how registered housing agencies develop financial feasibility for their delivery models. Karen will demonstrate this using a financial model and discuss the key drivers of the relevant sectors.
