Proposed new zones in Port Phillip
Submissions are sought on Amendment C123 to the Port Phillip Planning Scheme. Details of the proposed changes can be viewed on the City of Port Phillip's webpage.
The Minister for Planning has appointed the Residential Zones Advisory Committee to advise on the method and application of the proposed new residential zones into the Port Phillip Planning Scheme. The committee will consider all submissions.
If you would like to make a submission to the Committee, you can do so before 5.00pm on 17 October 2016. Submissions can be made online from 12 September 2016.|
Please note that submissions must be directed to the Committee through Planning Panels Victoria. Council cannot accept submissions.
