Dundonnell Wind Farm Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of Trust Power Holdings Pty Ltd) proposes to construct and operate a wind farm in Dundonnell, south-west Victoria.
The wind farm will comprise up to 104 wind turbines and associated infrastructure, including a powerline corridor and site access road.
An inquiry panel was appointed to consider the environmental effects statement (EES) and the draft planning permit applications.

Exhibition and submissions
The EES, and draft planning permit applications were on public exhibition from 13 July to 21 August 2015.
The period for lodging submissions closed on 21 August 2015.
On 19 November 2015, the Inquiry wrote to all parties attaching correspondence from the Department of Environment Land Water and Planning (DELWP). This was in response to a letter from the inquiry panel with specific questions, dated 26 October 2015.
Parties were invited to provide written comments to the Inquiry on the DELWP correspondence were invited by Wednesday 2 December 2015. The following responses were received:

The inquiry panel submitted its report on 11 January 2016.
Minister for Planning's Assessment
The Minister for Planning released his assessment. In February 2016,This concluded the environment effects statement process for this project.
The assessment has been provided to the government to inform approval decisions on this project.
This includes the issuing of planning permits under the Planning and Environment Act 1987, the Commonwealth's approval under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999) and the work plan under the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990.
