We consider how the planning system supports the growth of Animal Industries in Victoria in the context of a changing industry, increased production, and response to market changes.
We also consider all planning schemes with regard to emerging farming systems and practices, incremental changes to existing operations and changing consumer preference.
Terms of reference
The Advisory Committee was required to provide advice to the Minister for Planning and the Minister for Agriculture, in accordance with the approved Terms of Reference (PDF, 562.8 KB).
The Advisory Committee comprises:

The Advisory Committee submitted its Final Report (PDF, 2.0 MB) to the Minister for Planning and the Minister for Agriculture on 29 April 2016.
