The types of panel and advisory committee reports that are available are listed below.


Planning scheme amendments panel reports

Panel reports about planning scheme amendments are made available 28 days after the report has been submitted by the panel.

Details of panel reports for planning scheme amendments can be viewed in the relevant amendment details on the Amendments Register. Proposals that are the subject of more than one amendment will be listed under each of the relevant amendments.

Advisory committee reports

Advisory committee reports are released at the discretion of the Minister for Planning. This usually happens once a final decision has been made. Reports are not automatically made publicly available 28 days after the submission of the report.

Availability of reports

All reports made by Planning Panels Victoria issued since 1988 are published on the Australian Legal Information Institute website.
