Progress

STAGEPROCESS
Current Status

Prior to the commencement of hearings on 5 November 2015, Blackmore Holdings Pty Ltd advised the Advisory Committee that it no longer wishes to pursue planning approval to use the land for intensive animal husbandry.

The Advisory Committee vacated the 17 to 19 November 2015 hearing dates and adjourned the relevant action dates to a date to be determined, but not before January 2016.

As the decision maker for the application is the Governor in Council under the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998, a final decision on the application for review will need to be made, in time by the Governor in Council.

All parties will be directly notified of this final decision in due course.

Submission of the Advisory Committee Report

Final report

In accordance with the Terms of Reference, the Advisory Committee is due to submit its report to the Minister within four weeks from the last day of its hearings.
