A new search function for obtaining a summary of planning information for an address in Victoria is now available.
Finding planning information about a property or land parcel can now be done with ease thanks to a new search function for viewing planning information and generating a PDF Planning Property Report.
Users now have two ways to generate a planning report on our website: via the Planning Report Search or launching VicPlan.
The Planning Report Search provides quick and easy access to a summary of planning information, including relevant zones and overlays, for a property or land parcel in Victoria.
Simply enter into the search bar the address of the property or land parcel that you are interested in finding information on.
If more information about the property or land parcel is required, you can download a more detailed Planning Property Report by selecting the ‘Download PDF Report’ button or launching the VicPlan interactive map.
The Planning Report Search is part of a range of improvements being made to the Planning website, delivered by the Smart Planning Program.
If you have any questions, queries or comments about the Planning Report Search, please send them to email@example.com
