Using Victoria's Planning System is DELWP’s technical guide to the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and is an important resource for all planning practitioners. This 2022 edition is consistent with current legislation and recent planning reforms. It includes interactive links and information on a range of topics including affordable housing, transport, land use buffers and infrastructure contributions.
