Authorisation No. A01644 Rezone land immediately to the southern edge of the Doomside Precinct abutting and including parts of Appleton and Clark Streets from Industrial 3 to Residential 1 and rezone land at the rear of 231-239 Barkly Street and 3 Bundara Street North Fitzroy and the rear of 392 St Georges Road North Fitzroy from Business 1 to Residential 1.
