Authorisation No A1024 Rezone 1-5 Central Avenue Mooroolbark being the former Mooroolbark Primary School site from a Public Uses Zone 2 to Residential 1 Zone and apply a Development Plan Overlay (DPO4) over the site to facilitate appropriate development for the site.
