Authorisation No. A01574 Rezone part of 547-551 part 567-575 and part 585 Warburton Highway part 6 Link Road and 12 Britton Road Seville from Residential 1 to Business 1 and limit shop floor space within the Schedule to the Business 1 Zone to a maximum of 5 195 square metres. In addition the amendment enables the granting of a planning permit to develop the site for a retail development comprising a supermarket specialty shops medical centre petrol station and car wash with associated parking.
