Include land at Lot 2 PS 204293L Hogans Road Tarneit in Clause 52.03 Specific sites and exclusions and inserts an Incorporated Document in the Schedule to Clause 81| The Incorporated Document exempts the land from the minimum subdivision size in the Rural Zone ( Clause 35.01-4) and introduces a minimum size to the land in the Rural Zone to a an area not less than 5.5 hectares ( ie the existing size of the Rural zoned parcel)
