Rezone approximately 140 hectares of land at the western base of Huon Hill from Rural to a Residential 1 Zone| Rezone approximately 20 hectares of land fronting Bakers Lane from Rural (R) to a Low Density Residential Zone| Include 185 hectares of land required for a future Regional Parkland on the western side if Huon Hill within a Public Acquisition Overlay| Include a Design and Development Overlay over land to be rezoned Residential 1 Zone and Low Density Residential Zone to provide guidance to future development and to ensure that it occurs in accordance with an Outline Development Plan prepared for the area| Include land generally fronting the Wodonga Creek within a Public Acquisition Overlay to provide for a linear recreation reserve that will extend along the Wodonga Creek linking Gateway Island with the Kiewa River.
