To rezone the Wodonga Country Golf Club land from a Public Use Zone (PUZ) to a Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ) with a section of surplus land located on Parkers Road between Felltimber Creek and Clubhouse Place being rezoned to Residential 1Zone (R1Z).
