The amendment proposes map and ordinance changes to allow for a mix of industrial, business and residential uses to occur within the Enterprise Park precinct of West Wodonga. It includes changes to the Municipal Strategic Statement and local policy to reflect the current vision of the Council for this locality, amends the schedule to the Mixed Use Zone to limit the floor area of a shop in the precinct and changes the Public Acquisition Overlay map to reflect the agreed revised alignment of the future Drages Road to McKoy Street link.
