The amendment provides further strategic direction for a range of land uses that are being encouraged to establish within the Enterprise Park. Generally the amendment will allow for a mix of industrial, business and residential uses to occur in a manner that builds on the advantages of being located near the University and Tafe campus and the Hume Freeway.
