The overlay limits the number of lots to be created to 23| Introduce a Rural Floodway Overlay over the land affected by the 1 in 100 year flood| Introduce a new Local Planning Policy to ensure that the use and development of the land in the Rural Living Zone has regard to the Leneva Structure Plan
