Lot 1 and part of lot 2 PS518111 Lot 21 and Lot 22 PS616580 Plunketts and Coyles Road Wodonga West. Lot 2 PS 539094 Coyles Road Wodonga West The amendment proposes to: Rezone approximately 52 hectares of land currently zoned Rural Living Zone (RLZ) and Rural Conservation Zone in Coyles Road Wodonga West to a Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ)| Reduce the minimum lot size for subdivision from 3 hectares to 2 hectares across approximately 69 hectares of Rural Living Zoned land west and east of Probyns Road by amending the schedule to the Rural Living Zone| Rezone approximately 4.5 hectares of lot part lot 2 PS 518111 from an Industrial 1 Zone (INZ1) to a Rural Living Zone and applies a minimum lot size of 2 hectares| Rezone 4 hectares of land from a Rural Conservation Zone to a Rural Living Zone at Lot 2 PS 539094 Coyles Road Wodonga and applies a minimum lot size of 2 hectares to the land. Amend the Development Plan Overlay (7) boundary and updates the provisions of the overlay allowing for the change from a Rural Living Zone to a Low Density Residential Zone.
