Rezone surplus Government Council and railway land with frontages to Elgin Boulevard High Street Hovell Street Reid Street and Havelock Street Wodonga from Public Use Zone 4 to Business 1 Zone. The amendment also rezones the section of Elgin Boulevard between High Street and Hovell Street from Road Zone 2 to Business 1 Zone. Specifically the amendment affects the following parcels of land: - Railway Land known as Lots 1 2 3 & 4 on plan of Subdivision23615 including the current Melbourne to Sydney Railway line bounded by High Street Elgin Boulevard and Hovell Street. - The Elgin Boulevard road reserve between High Street and Hovell Street. - Railway Land bounded by the Melbourne to Sydney railway line Hovell Street and the un-constructed section of Havelock Street. - Council owned land known as parts of lots 1 and 2 on Plan of Subdivision 364667 Havelock Street Wodonga. - The former Reid Street road reserve located between Hovell Street and Havelock Street.
