Rezone 1 to 9 part nos 11 to 19 Bushmans Way including part of the Bushmans Way Reserv. part nos 3 4 and 6 Zena Drive including part of the Zena Drive Road reserve and part nos 4 & 5 Reece Court including part of the Reece Court Road Reserve South Morang from Environmental Rural Zone to Residential 1 and apply the Vegetation Protetion Overlay and Development Plan Overlay to the land to be rezoned to Residential 1. Delete the Public Acquisition Overlay from the land to be rezoned to Residential 1.
