The Amendment applies to 280 Bridge Inn Road Mernda and proposes to: - Rezone part of 280 Bridge Inn Road Mernda from a Farming Zone (FZ) to a General Residential Zone (GRZ1)| - Delete the Environmental Significance Overlay (ESO1 and ESO5) from part of the site| - Apply a Development Plan Overlay (DP027) to the land rezoned GRZ1| - Apply a Vegetation Protection Overlay (VPO1) to the land rezoned GRZ1| - Introduce a site specific control at Clause 52.03- Specific Sites and Exclusions and an Incorporated Document at Clause 81.01- Incorporated Documents to allow the subdivision of the land into three lots and the use and development of the lot with an area of approximately 30 hectares for a vineyard winery and function centre with an associated liquor license
