Rezone land in the Mill Park Estate ( Stage 1A 1B 1C 2A and 2B and other parts of the Estate including Lot 2 PS 344371T ) from Residential 1 Zone to Urban Floodway Zone| Rezone a small area of land in the south-west of the Estate as well as some narrow strips of land abutting the main drainage channel from Urban Floodway Zone to Residential 1 Zone| Significantly reduce the extent of land in the estate in the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay| Rezone the land containing the pump station (adjacent to the main retarding basin in the Estate) from Residential 1 Zone to Public Use Zone (Service and Utility)
