Rezone the north-west corner of Plenty and Settlement Roads Bundoora ( 25 27 29 and 31 Plenty Road| 1 3 5 7 and 9 Nickson Street and 6 8 10 12 and 14 Settlement Road ) from part Residential 1 Zone and part Business 2 Zone to Business 1 Zone to facilitate the extension of the Bundoora Shopping Centre| Consider a planning permit application to develop the land for a supermarket speciality shops a community facility and associated carparking. The proposal is located to the south of Nickson Street approx. 30 metres from the Plenty Road/Settlement Road intersection and has a total floor area of 3 274 square metres
