The amendment rezones land at 517 and 519-521 Station Street Box Hill and 2-8 Oxford Street Box Hill to the Mixed Used Zone and amends the Schedule to Clause 52.03 and Clause 81.01 to include a new incorporated document titled '517 and 519-521 Station Street Box Hill, December 2016'. The amendment is a combined amendment and planning permit application. The planning permit is for the construction of three buildings (two 18 storey and one 6 storey), comprising of retail, office, gymnasium, medical centre, child care centre, accommodation, serviced apartments, a reduction in the standard requirements for car parking and alteration of access to a road in a Road Zone Category 1.
