Amends the schedule to the Mixed Use Zone to allow a maximum leasable combined floor area of 4300sqm of office space and 2500sqm of shop space for the land at 315-319 Burwood Highway East Burwood. In addition the amendment enables the granting of a planning permit for the use of the land at 315-319 Burwood Highway East Burwood for shops and offices and associated buildings and works including signage alteration to access to a Road Zone and a reduction in the car parking requirement.
