The amendment changes the Schedule to the Rural Zone by adding the land situated on the corner of York Street and Stephenson Street, Sale, LOT 2 LP 65836, LOT 1 LP 65836 and CA 3A, Section 3A, Parish and Township of Sale to allow minimum lot sizes in accordance with the attached map 1. The application is also for a planning permit for a three lot subdivision (re-alignment of title boundaries) of the subject land in accordance with the minimum lot sizes shown on map 1.
