The amendment rezones land at Park Street and Foster Street, Sale, to Public Use Zone 1 - Service and Utility (PUZ1) and deletes Design Development Overlay Schedule 2 (DD02) to facilitate the construction of a new sewerage pump station. The amendment also rezones adjacent public land to Public Park and Recreation Zone and Public Conservation and Resource Zone.
