The Amendment proposes to rezone part of the land 10 Scott Street, Warrnambool, from Public Use Zone to Industrial 1 Zone to facilitate to use and development of a milk processing plant and is also accompanied with a planning permit application (Planning Permit Application No. P2014-106) for the use and development of land for a milk processing facility and reduction of standard car parking requirements
