The amendment will rezone the land at 19 Scott Street, Warrnambool, from Public Use Zone to Industrial 1 Zone. The amendment is also accompanied with a planning permit application (Planning Permit Application No. P2014-107) for the use and development of land for a freezing and cold storage facility and reduction of the standard car parking requirements
