Rezone the land at Morriss and Coghlans Road known as part crown allotments 34, 72 and 73 Parish of Warigoon and 191 - 291 Morris Rd, Warrnambool from Residential 1 Zone to Industrial 3 Zone in order to increase the buffer distance between the Warrnambool Municipal Saleyards and land zoned for residential purposes to 300 metres.Delete Design and Development Overlay 4 and Development Plan Overlay 1 from the land.
