Implements the recommendations of the 2010 planning scheme reveiw by restructuring simplifying and editing the form and content of the LPPF| updating factual information| reduce the number of local policies by incorporating them into the MSS| reducing the number of reference documents| deleting Schedule 2 to the Design and Development Overlay from the Swan Hill Pioneer Settlement| rezoning land at Beverford and Woorinen from the Farming Zone to the Township Zone applying the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay to land north of Swan Hill and correcting anomalies in zoning and overlay mapping.
