The Amendment rezones land within Sub-Precincts 1 2 3 4 5 and 6 of the Swan Hill South West Development Precinct from the Farming Zone and the Public Park and Recreation Zone to the General Residential Zone (Sub-Precinct 1) from the Farming Zone to the General Residential Zone (Sub-Precinct 2) from the Low Density Residential Zone to the General Residential Zone and the Road Zone - Category 2 (Sub-Precinct 3) from the Farming Zone to the General Residential Zone (Sub-Precinct 4) from the Low Density Residential Zone to the General Residential Zone (Sub-Precinct 5)| from the Low Density Residential Zone to the General Residential Zone (Sub-Precinct 6)| inserts Schedule 6 to the Development Plan Overlay (Swan Hill South West Development Precinct) into the planning scheme| deletes the Development Plan Overlay (Schedule 2) from Sub-Precincts 3 5 and 6 (with the exception of Lot 2 LP205853S in Sub-Precinct 6 to which the overlay did not apply) and from the water reserve to the west of Sub-Precinct 6| and applies the Development Plan Overlay (Schedule 6) to the affected land (including all sub-precincts and the water reserve to the west of Sub-Precinct 6 but excluding the Gray Street road reserve).
