The Amendment includes the incorporated document Part of Lot A on PS720129F (Proposed lots 312-314 on PS711644P) Winki Way Torquay - West Coast Business Park April 2016 into the Schedule to Clause 52.03 and Schedule to Clause 81.01 to enable consideration of a planning permit for a Supermarket with a floor area not exceeding 1 800 square metres in area. The amendment is associated with concurrent planning permit 16/0159 for use of land for a Supermarket with a floor area less than 1 800 square metres in area| associated buildings and works use of land for the sale of packaged liquor| and to erect and display internally illuminated business identification signage.
