Authorisation No.A02139 Facilitates the expansion of Chadstone Shopping Centre Malvern East by: - Rezoning 1341 Dandenong Road and 2-4 Chadstone Road Malvern East to Business 1 Zone and include an Incorporated Plan Overlay on the land - Amending the Local Planning Policy Framework to replace Clause 22.11 with a new Clause 22.11 - Amending the Schedule to Clause 34.01- the Schedule has been amended to increase the maximum combined leasable floor area for Shop at the Chadstone Shopping Centre from 146 000sqm to 160 000sqm and delete the reference to the minimum 10 000sqm of restricted retail floorspace. - Amending Schedule 2 to Clause 43.03. The changes are as follows: Reference to the Chadstone Shopping Centre Incorporated Plan has been amended Subclause 2.0 has been amended and Subclause 3.0 has been amended. - Amending Schedule to Clause 81.01 to add the revised Chadstone Shopping Centre Incorporated Plan September 2011.
