Replaces the existing Entertainment Uses Policy in Clause 22.10 with a new Licensed Premises Policy. The proposed Licensed Premises Policy will include: A broader definition of licensed premises to include: food and drink premises places of assembly gambling premises cinema based entertainment facilities indoor recreation facilities and sexually explicit adult entertainment used or to be used in conjunction with a liquor license. This definition also includes premises licensed or to be licensed under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. A clear statement that the Policy applies to all applications for these uses in all zones. A set of policy directions that clearly indicate the preferred locations and role and management of these uses. A detailed set of application requirements for planning permits to include a site context plan a floor plan a written submission and a Noise and Amenity Action Plan Performance measures for the assessment of planning permit applications Guidelines for assessing planning permit applications for new licensed premises or applications to expand or extend the trading hours of existing licensed premises. Changes the Municipal Strategic Statement to support the introduction of Clause 22.10
